Simply the best MB service in MA

I have been a loyal customer of the Benz Den for nearly fifteen years and I have nothing but the highest praise for Dave and crew. I have owned a number of MB models and each has been lovingly cared for by the Benz Den. I live in Wrentham, so travelling more than 50 miles for service should say ALOT. I have never been unhappy with any of their work, quite frankly on more than one occasion they went beyond what would be considered reasonable to convenience my schedule and budget. Their work is first-rate, their diagnoses are sound and their pricing is more than fair.

17 years of 5-Star Service

I can't think of a time when I was disappointed with the service I've received at the Benz Den. They have taken meticulous care of every MB vehicle I've owned, and if I could bring my other cars models to them, I would in a heartbeat. They have always provided me with detailed explanations and the up-front costs for any work they've recommended. And many times they've given me a heads-up to work that will need to be completed in the future so that I can plan my repair bills.

They're particularly skilled and cost-efficient at troubleshooting hard-to-diagnose issues. In fact, several times, they've identified the source and solution for problems that multiple trips to the MB authorized dealer (while under warranty) were unable to solve. (I'll never forget the expression on the Repair Manager's face when the mechanic concurred with the Benz Den assessment!)

Five stars? I'd give then more if I could.

Best Mercedes Service in Boston Area

I have owned a Mercedes all my life and when I was in NJ, I used a mechanic that was trained by Mercedes in Germany. After moving to Mass. and being disappointed by two dealership service shops I was lucky to find The Benz Den. They do all my regular service and maintenance. It's such a pleasure to get the car back and know that it's fixed right the first time. They are extremely knowledgable. Prices are very reasonable. They even try to talk me out of certain things they believe are not worth the money. They are as honest as the day is long. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs a mechanic and wants to feel confident about the work that's been done.
